Game Modes

Two basic gamemodes implemented, and neither of them are normal pool:

• 14.1 Continuous Pool (AKA Straight Pool). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Straight_pool.
  tl;dr: Pot any ball, each ball scores one point, first player to 25 points wins. When 14 balls are potted (i.e. just one coloured ball remains) the rest are re-racked, so it's possible to get 25 points in one "innings".
• Chalk Outline.
  I made this up, it's the same as the above, but if the white balls comes to rest inside the dead body chalk outline, your turn ends. Place the cue ball wisely.
